Orders & Payments

How do I order?

When you have found a product you want to purchase, click the Add to Cart button. You will then be automatically directed to the Shopping Cart page, where you have the option to view the list of products currently in your cart, modify the quantities you wish to purchase, or remove one, several, or all of the items added to the cart. To return to the site and add other products to your cart, click the Continue Shopping button.

What payment methods can I use?

For payments, we’ve partnered up with Netopia Payments. 

To make a payment, you will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV2/CVC2 code (the last three digits on the back of the card).

We currently only accept online payments in RON.

Delivery

What are the delivery charges?

Courier delivery is 25 RON, easybox delivery is 15 RON. Consult our entire shipping & return policy here.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your item.

Can I change the delivery address of my product?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or social media, stating your order ID, and we’ll make the change.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or social media, stating your order ID, and we’ll cancel your order. You’ll receive your money back within 30 days.

Returns

What is the return policy?

You can legally return your product without any specific reason within 15 days. Please make sure that the product wasn’t used, the tags are still attached and it’s still in its original packaging. Consult our return policy here.
